Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail, it is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your order are correct. If an error in any of the details on the order are found the Seller will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

Payment
Payment for the goods shall be made when you place your order.
The Total price shall include delivery of the goods to your address, unless otherwise arranged.
We will contact you immediately if part of your item is out of stock, in which case you will have the option of placing the order on backorder, chosing an alternative or we will provide you with a full refund.
We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. We reserve the right to decline any orders that do not meet their credit card billing criteria.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping - We aim to post out your Products within 48 hours of receiving your order. Royal Mail is the default carrier, but we may use parcelforce or any other carrier of our choice as we deem necessary. Please note that dlivery to Highland and Island locatins will attract an additional charge for Parcelforce deliveries, as they surcharge for these locations.

We operate under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) which allows you to return any product within 7 days of receiving it. Note that return Postage charges are not refundable.
